Photo Booth Ideas for Weddings
When to run the booth during a reception, why a guest book beats a signing page, and how to style a booth so it matches the room rather than fighting it.
Run it after the speeches
Most couples start the booth after the main course and speeches, and run it through the dancing. That is when guests are relaxed enough to use it properly.
Two hours covers most receptions. If yours runs long you can add an hour at $100 on the night.
Choose prints, and add the guest book
A wedding is the clearest case for the print booth. Guests take a strip home, and a copy of every strip goes into the guest book add-on with a message written beside it.
It is $80, and it gets filled in properly because the attendant looks after it. Far better return than a blank book on a table nobody signs.

Style the booth to match the room
The print template carries your names and date, and you choose the backdrop. For a more polished result, the glam booth shoots on a professional DSLR and prints at high quality.
For garden, barn and heritage venues, the vintage booth often sits better in the room than a sleek modern one.
Tell your venue in advance
We need about 3m x 3m and a power point. Most venues are fine, but a coordinator who knows the booth is coming will put it somewhere the guests actually walk past rather than in a corridor.
Get the photos your photographer will not
Your photographer is with you. Meanwhile there is a whole reception happening — the table that has been laughing all night, the cousins who flew in, the grandparents who will be gone before the dancing. That is what the booth captures.
Ready to book?
Every package includes props, setup and pack-down, with a basic backdrop on every booth except the 360, and the print, glam and 360 booths attended. Booths start at $299. See every price on one page, or send us your date and we will confirm availability — usually the same day.
